- If the other party’s software need to be used during the process of product design, production and/or operation, we shall get the written authorization from the owner of the related intellectual property in advance, otherwise it may bring risk of infringement and may bear a huge amount of compensation liability.
若在产品设计、生产和/或经营过程中需使用他方的软件，需事先获得相关知识产权权利人的书面授权，否则可能带来侵权风险，承担金额巨大的赔偿责任。
