We are glad to announce that Ms. Elaine Qiu joined us on Sep 27, 2021 as HR manager, Talent Development & Employee Relationship. Elaine has extensive experience in HR management related to TD&ER. She will report directly to Ms. Vivian Zhao, China HR director, based in SH Minhang Office. Reporting to Elaine will be Sue Song, HR Specialist, Employee Relationship.
邱艺女士将根据业务发展需求，搭建人才发展框架，主导人才发展项目，推动各项日常培训工作，执行并改善公司的员工关系及沟通策略，通过多样化的方式推动并强化积极的企业文化。
On this role, Elaine will mainly focus on developping the talent development framework, leading the implementation of talent development initiatives and driving learning agenda in line with business strategy. She will also be responsible to implement and improve practices on employee relationship, communications and culture building.
