响应德国总部管理层对全球品质的关注和倡议，我们非常高兴地向大家宣布，付洁瑶女士于2022年01月04日入职并担任中国区全面质量管理总监。付洁瑶女士毕业于长春理工大学，拥有测控技术与仪器专业学士学位及光学工程硕士学位。她拥有14年以上质量管理经验，8年以上OEM工作经验以及10年以上团队管理经验。她将直接向中国区财务及行政总监蔡丽丝女士汇报并常驻上海闵行办公室。全面质量管理经理邹亮先生将汇报给付洁瑶女士。
In line with Hamburg management initiatives and focus on global quality, we are glad to announce that Ms. Helen Fu will be on board Jan 04, 2022 as China TQM Director. Helen graduated from Changchun University with Bachelor Degree in Technique & Instrumentation of Measurements and Master Degree in Optics Engineering. She has 14+ years’ experience on quality management, 8+ years’ OEM work experience and more than 10 years’ team management experience. She will report directly to Ms. Grace Tsai, China Finance & Admin Director, based in SH Minhang Office. Reporting to Helen will be Allan Zou, Total Quality Manager.
付洁瑶女士将负责指导公司的所有质量管理活动，协同全球质量团队和最高管理层一起建立和维护质量体系，以确保公司的设施、设备、人员、方法、流程和程序符合内部指导方针和法规标准。
On this role, Helen will direct all quality management activities of the company, work with global quality team and top management to establish and maintain a quality system to ensure company’s facilities, equipment, personnel, methods, processes, and procedures conform to both internal guidelines and regulatory standards.
