This memo is to announce that Ms. Celia Jin will be promoted to the position of HR Manager – General
effective Jun 1, 2022. Ms. Celia Jin joined Stulz in 2018 and had dedication to HR work over the years.
She handles various HR affairs properly and provides strong support to business development of Stulz
Hangzhou. Ms. Celia Jin will continue to report to Ms. Grace Tsai, Chief Financial Officer.
