Please be informed that China Operations Director, Mr. Neil Kuang will officially be leaving Stulz
China to join Stulz Singapore as Managing Director based in Singapore. His last day in Stulz China
will be on December 31st, 2022.
To prepare Stulz China operation to this change, effective November 21st, 2022 the following
organization changes will take place:
1. Mr. Andreas Nagel will directly manage the Commercial Operations Team as Acting
Commercial Operations Manager.
Annie Sun, Commercial Operations Supervisor and Season Ji, Sales Operations Analyst will
report directly to Mr. Nagel.
2. Technical Team will be temporarily led and managed Mr. Marc Brean with the support of Mr. Mario Haessner until a new Technical Director is in place.
Between November 21st and until his departure, Mr. Neil Kuang will continue to report to Mr. Marc
Brean taking on specific assignments up to his departure.

endavours.
All related internal system updates will be completed on or before November 21st, 2022.
