我们非常高兴地向大家宣布，方祖博先生将于2021年10月1日起全面负责杭州工厂物料控制与采购部的各项工作。方祖博先生本科毕业于江苏理工大学机械制造工艺与设备专业，于2021年8月20日入职世图兹并任采购经理，他将直接向中国区工业总监叶茂汇报并常驻杭州工厂。
We are pleased to announce that Mr. William Fang will be in full charge of Material Control & Precurement Department, Hangzhou Plant, effective Oct.1, 2021. William graduated from Jiangsu University of Technology with bachlor degree of Mechanical Manufacturing Processes and Equipment. He joined Stulz on Aug.20, 2021 as Procurement Manager, reporting directly to Mr. Alex Ye, China Industrial Director, based in Hangzhou Plant.
方祖博先生的主要职责包括但不限于：制定和实施合理的采购计划，管理采购订单流程； 优化库存周转结构，优化流程并控制采购成本、包装成本和库存。
Mr. William Fang’s main responsibilities including but not limited to developing & implementing rational purchasing planning, managing the execution of purchase order process, optimizing material turnover structure, improving processes and controlling the cost of material, packing and inventory.
物料控制主管唐卫波和孙丽丽从即日起向方祖博先生汇报。采购经理高暹莉女士，将于2021年11月退休。在退休前，她将继续支持方祖博先生及物料控制与采购部的工作。借此机会，我们也向高暹莉女士在过去12年对世图兹中国的贡献表示由衷的感谢！
Material Control Supervisors, Webber Tang and Lillian Sun, will be reporting to William with immediate effect. Ms. Shelley Gao, Procurement Manager will retire in November 2021. Shelley will continue to support William during transition period till retirement in Nov. We’d also like to thank Shelley for her contribution to Stulz China during the past 12 years.
